The university offers many courses each
semester with the Service-Learning designation. Beyond that
course listing the Service-Learning Option is a great way
to match the theoretical knowledge of the classroom with
the implementation of policy and theory in the community.
If your class does not currently have a SL designation,
talk with your faculty member about whether performing volunteer
service as a class assignment would meet the curriculum
goals of the course.
